I'm going to start out with a sig I made in another tut. (link)

1. Make a new layer on top of your sig.
2. Use the rectangular marquee tool to select the whole sig. The whole thing
3. Hit D. Edit>stroke (not layer> layer style> stroke)
QUOTE
Width: 1 pxColor should be black
Location: center
Blending: Normal
Opacity: 100
4. Use the magic wand to select everything except that black stroke you just made. (Just click anywhere in the middle)
5. Hit x and repeat 3. Color should be white.
6. Repeat 4 and 5 to make make another black stroke inside.

Eww. Yucky. Blending Option> Overlay

Woohoo~!!

In the bottom pink picture? I get how to do the border, but I would like to do something like that sig at the very bottom that is shown in more exaples.
