i read a review on softpedia and decided not to download the program. They say that is barely a beta relise more like an afla release, because of spelling mistakes and missing menus.. They also said the the program was very simmular to Paintshop v4 or later. Microsoft have also added a new format something like .xpf or something like that, can't remeber it exactually , When the program has gone through a few more Betas i will download it but until then i am sticking with my Photoshop
