This soleimanianamuman is turning going wild. Take a look at this post - http://www.astahost.com/how-retouch-pictures-t6060.html - exact double post in a span of couple of days. Now his Warning Bar is 100% full - and he doesn't seem to be bothered with it. He still pours forth all the shit he can will full enthusiasm...

1. I feel sorry for him - coz he isn't a native english speaker and from the content/language of most of his posts, he seems to be struggling real hard to make the posts readable by others. He doesn't seem to be a bad guy or a Hardcore Spammer.

2. He's been around for a long while now.

3. He usually doesn't spam - but most of his warning came out of bad behaviour or gross-disregard of certain rules (which understandably he didn't read+understand - even according to him)...

Umm.. while we WON'T ENCOURAGE SPAMMING, I'm not exactly for booting him out of here. My views might be a little biased, but I tend to grow a little softer towards non-native english speakers. I'm giving it a second thought.. what do you guys say about it ?

Look up hosting credits and suspend for 5 days past that. A website shutdown for 5 days might work.

Just dealt with a problem member at IPBGaming so not feeling to forgiving.

vujsa he keeps saying that he is suspended.
Every post he does is my account is suspended, so suspendeding him more I am not sure.
Don't ban him but maybe go to http://www.freetranslations.com and type in his language and tell him the rules or even post the rules in different languages.

Yeaah as Klass said - all we can do now is suspend his suspension.. lol..

I've noticed him for a long time too... He doesn't seem to be a quiter... I think his warn bar has been 100% for maybe 2 months. There was a period of time when he kept submitting these extremely short "tutorials" that are a paragraph long. I think he wants to help, but doesn't know how. There isn't much we can do to him except talk to him.

what about this.

make him read the rules (if could, translated in his native language) and ask if he understands them and is willing to follow them. If he promises to be a good boy from now on we unsuspend him, warn him to 0%, but if he behaves badly again I think it'd be justified for a ban.

Because maybe he just didn't understand the rules all along. And he's been here for indeed quite a while.
