Does anyone know of any software that will let me write scripts to interactively control my MIDI keyboard, preferably free? I want to be able to do stuff like:

if key pressed < key 24
Play arpeggio...

or other ideas along the same lines...

I have been searchin' the internet all over, and I haven't found anything that will do this kind of stuff, either free, or commercial.
