Before I approve or deny, I want to ask what you mean with URL forwarding. Will you be providing that service??? Because Astahost doesn't provide enough subdomains etc.

Also see.to as domain, Astahost does not register domains for you, so you would have to own it.

I own the domain "see.to". I wish to build up a url forwarding service for giving me and my friends easy usage of the internet and spread the experience with them.

I will use php programs to provide a simple service for registering a url forwarding. Each name for url forwarding is registered, a directory will be created and an index.php file for forwarding to a target url, i.e. http://www.astahost.com, will be setup. Thus when someone use the url forwarding, i.e. http://see.to/astahost, he will be forwarded to the predefined target url, http://www.astahost.com.

Thus, my friends and I could register some url for forwarding to where we often browse. I think that could change our custom for use the internet. I don't like use the search engine over and over. If I use a computer of someone, I don't need the bookmark if I have that service.

As I said, I hope to change the custom of my friends and I. I don't know whether I can success or not, but at least I have a target to try. So I need a host to start my plan. Besides, the statistics of what we browse may be useful, too.

Each url forward record just cost a directory and a file less than 1k. Even if I have 1000 recordes, it just cost less than 2M. Besides the file is so small, the bandwidth will be a little, too. So I hope you can approve me.

May I chang my mind to use another domain? I think I am not ready to move my domain "see.to" to here. There will be a lot of records needed to be moved if I do so.

Can I use my another domain "4av1.net'?
