Yeah, nice to see another Belgian here . Where do you live? I live in the upper north of Belgium: Neerpelt.

I used to have Skynet too but I switched over to Scarlet about a year ago because back then you could get 3.3 Mbps down, 384Kbps up and an unlimited amount of gigs to download for 29€/month (teacher's discount). Now this has changed and I can (only) download 15 gigs a month, but that's still a good offer for the price.
Skynet has recently changed their upspeed to 384Kbps or 512Kbps and their downspeed to 4Mbps, right? If the price was the same, it would be best to switch back to Skynet.
But Scarlet will probably raise their download and speed limit too to keep the competion up . They have already started to cancel their download limits in Holland...
