So far his nicks have been: Jefferyssite, Jefferyssite2 & Jefferyssite3 - he's either as thick as a brick or that's the image he's trying to portray. Dunno which.. but I've never seen a bigger idiot who wants to spam but everytime comes back with the same nick with a new nuumber added to it. He's received a combined warning of maybe 200% on all his nicks. Keep a watch out for him.
So far his IP's have been:
1. 205.204.242.23 - Jefferyssite & Jefferyssite3
2. 207.246.110.98 - Jefferyssite2
I've mailed his ISP already.

Next goto http://www.dnsstuff.com and you'll find hundreds of tools there to figure out ISP, DNS etc. etc. Simply use the IP(s) there to figure out which ISP.
QUOTE (jipman)
Would it be better to use a admin-activation system for new accounts? That way you can control the amount of new-spammers betterThat'd blowup the workload like anything plus even in that way how would you know that the guy is a spammer till you haven't approved his account and let him post for a while ??? And most spammers are not uncouth idiots like this one and wont come back with nicknames in series.
