For those in the like good things...
Stone's WebWriter... anyone heard of it? Well, I'll tell you about it.
Stone's WebWriter is an HTML editor PLUS from some Danish company. The program can be freeware (or for business purposes, there's a price), and you can register it as freeware. This is a great starter's tool. While it is ever so slightly outdated, this program is very good if you just want to learn what you need to build a webpage. It comes with predesigned HTML templates so that you can get started making your own site.
