Drauga has, from his first action of posting in the shoutbox, been a lewd and crude member. He has blatantly disobeyed the TOS, and told me he didn't care in a PM to me. As such, I feel he deserves a permanent ban, but I'm unsure of how to give this. His IP appears to be an AOL IP, so we can't ban him that way. If someone who knows how to do this could explain how and/or take care of it, I would appreciate it.

IP ban is a serious issue. A member who has static IP can be banned. However, members who have dynamic IP cannot be. Even if we enter a range, it includes a risk of losing other members.

So, I think we just ban him from AdminCP.

Yeah, I know the title said IP ban, but if you read the post I said it probably wasn't feasible. so only Admins can ban users? Good to know, man, admins really get involved in so many things, credit adjustions, approving hosting, banning, rough job. Anyway, I'm changing the topic to better reflect what I wnt done (to avoid further confusion).
