Vitamin Supplements And Such. | ||

Smoking and stuff (I am a fairly long time and heavyish smoker at this point) supposedly reduces the ability for blood to carry oxygen (among other things I would assume), but can things like this be counter-acted by things such as vitamin supplements?
Not necessarily entirely, but making it at least better than without it.
I also don't have a very good diet, somewhat due to not being able to physically handle the taste of a lot of food that most people generally can (even if it does taste bad), fish for example makes me throw up instantly.
Not sure if it's an age thing or what, but I'm nearing 22 and just feel extremely lacking in the physical department (tiredness, can't sleep very well etc), although not much has really changed since I was younger, aside from a lack of being able to exercise more regularly.
Any advice?
