OK, this guy (master_nero) has been warned by Mark already about using quote tags for his copied material. From the looks of it 99.9% of his posts are copied material. How do we handle these again (remember reading it somewhere here but can't find it now )? I see one where a user has posted a reply to already and one where I have posted initially as well (until I caught up with his other "works"). The one where there is a user I know we can close out. How about the others? Just delete them all?

One more thing...about the ShoutBox. I assume we can ban if we deem it necessary right? Not sure if this falls in line of it, but should we keep this one?

Yeah, even though master_nero seems like a nice guy, he sure is plagiarizing too much. I've deleted a rather large copied topic and denied his application. If he continues doing so, there are several solutions. You can either PM one of the admins to put him in the "Spammer" group (and banning him, of course), or you can suspend him yourself for a certain amount of days through the warning system. If you do so, be sure to send him a message, so he knows what happened to him

I would, but I have a feeling this won't do much either way. The user should know the rules when he registered. Looks like an attempt to gain extra credits because Mark already warned him. Then he even "dared" to say please don't warn him if he posted in the wrong section of the forum...when I checked he copied that entire post from multiple sites

If he really is that persistent, but you don't want him permanently banned, a 15-day suspension seems like a good idea, along with a mail saying "Congrats! You have been banned for 15 days!"
