I'm not going to do anything with this application. We have had nothing but problems with this member in the past but there was always someone that wanted to let him slide by. He has had his warning level increased so many times I have lost track.

Since he currently doesn't have hosting, I hope that ignoring him will persuade him to go away. He has some nice Windows information.

He just had his warning level and suspension adjusted last week and he wasted no time plagiarizing new tutorials here.

Not entirely sure why he hasn't been banned here.

If we unsuspend him, he will spam and plagiarize.
The guy has always been like this and will never change.
