I haven't found any thrilling RPGs lately. any suggestions? i've yet to find a game that can compete with Legend of Mana other than Suikoden.

Star Ocean is pretty good. I've only played a few hours into it, but I like it so far. Its a real-time RPG, so if you don't like that then you might not like this.
