I'm sure all (or most) have seen the Numa Numa video SOMEWHERE. Well, Gary has made another! You can see it on you tube or on http://www.newnuma.com. Personally, I don't like the new remix. But it's still cool! Go Gary!

Wasn't the origianl video a kind of accident? What I've heard is that he just fooled around with a webcam and posted it to his blog for his pals to see.

So the guy decided, what the hell I might just as well do some money with this! Ringtones and t-shirts

Yeah, the newnuma isn't as funny as the original. It's planned and thus less random and also the song is less embarrassing.

By the way I wonder if he really now-on answers his phone " 'Allo? ".

I didn't find the new one funny at ALL when I saw it. But then again I had low hopes and went into it expecting complete trash so I can't say it disappointed me any more then I would have expected haha. They have to realize these internet gems are simply something that usually happen and they can't recreate them just because they want to. Frankly I think he'd do better if he had set up a site, sold some merch based off the original, maybe some new pics of him on it or something since the original vid was fuzzy, but otherwise just ran with the original. Making this remix stuff just ruins it for me. Numa numa guy... I am disappointed

Yep, a friend and I had that same discussion that this new one is too professional. If he re-did it on a web-cam, and just made a remake of the original and correcting the lip sync problem at the end, it would have been great.

Two thumbs down.

Okay, my biggest problem with this is that he essentially had a song made up for it (as near as I can tell). The only reason I liked the other is because it introduced me to the song Dragostea Din Tei, which I think is a good song. This new song is all just random gibberish.
