i still can't open the cpanel page..!!
http://www.astahost.com then click the "http://www.astahost.com/cpanel "
after i click the "http://www.astahost.com/cpanel" , then it can't link to the cpanel's page.
[The page cannot be displayed]
i don't why.(i have tried many times already)

Try http://yoursite/cpanel/ it should prompt you with an HTTP Authentification box, just enter your username and password and you should be taken to your cpanel, if this does not work then hopefully someone in the hosting side of things can check this out for you.
