I have had a look at his posts, all seems good and in order, he writes decent legible posts.
I suggest an Approval

First time I have done this..but I mentioned in a post that the mods could help out the admins by setting an invis msg on a request to try to help we read the posts anyway for a denial so if we think someone should get approved we can help by doing this.
