hi! this is the first site i had done for a company!It is a fitness-center...
but I need coments on the design and layout!

Well.. i think it's a little to plain.. for my taste..

but for the porpouse (a gym info site) i think it's pretty good...

to bad a don't undersatnd the language you speak.. jeje... no way of knowing what it's written.. a good grammar makes part of a good page

That's great, except I think that you could make the inner rounded border have the same "curve" as the outer one.

I can't read what it says, but as long as someone can...

I think it's pretty good not too complicated, but that can be a good thing. A lot of sites out there are too complicated. I took pretty long to load the page, but that could be because my computers a little slow today. I like it! ^_^

yeah, taht's something i wanted to ask...

a good deigns uses it's own images... it would be very bad to sell a webpage using images from others sites...

and waht brian says it's true... it's simple, easy to navegate...

the image that is used on this site is are not my fotos(but i am a beginner bodybuilder), but there are 3 photos from international bodybuilders and I combined it in one image!

the site have only russian version, because in my country Moldova, the russian and romanian are spoken! but everyone knows russina in my country,so I did it in russian!

many of sites from moldova are made in 3 languages: russian, romanian, english!
But It was a lot of work to make for 3 languages!
I was surpries about your good opinions...that encourage me..and I'm pleased!!

Nice and simple. I know I'm probably not the right person to critque...seeing as I'm no designer. I am really interested in web desiging though, and since I am a person...I guess that gives me a little say-so. I found it to load rather quickly. Good images (not 2 many) i'm on a 56k modem. Loaded okay. Other than not being able to read the language I give it a thumbs up.

Simple but effective !

The colours are really nice !

We realise the subject of the site by the picture and then, we saw all the subjects we can click on. Great idea !

Site looked nice when it finally came up after about 45 seconds. Looks like a lot of tracking stuff and what are all the 'spylog' references?

Is it a way of tracking trafick and/or browsers? Part of the loading issue first time someone visits you site have to be because of the misconfiguration of spylog.com's name servers.

A lot of misconfiguration here DNS spylog.com

spylog.com is a kind of a counter and tracker.
it gives me information on how many peoples do entered my site, where they go and after what pages, from where are visitors...a lot of stuuf that i need to know what to change and where to focuss on my site!!!

maybe there are other system like this, but on many sites from my country this system of tracking is used, so I decided to use it too.Also it's free.But its free only for a minimal feauters!

thanks all for there opinions!and I apreciate that most like its design...
I know that there may be many eroors or mistake in grammar, html..but i'm specialising mostly in design(layout) of the site...so it's good that the design likes many of you!I pareciate this!

But if anyone have some sugestions on the design plz inform me!

Hey, not bad for a first job but here are some pointers.

Always try and keep your graphics physical size to a minimal. If you want to display a large graphic cut it up in pieces so each piece will load faster. A fast loading site is what we all like to see. Try as much as possible to keep the number of graphics to a minimal and only where they are needed to illustrate a point. A picture is worth a thousand words and helps to bring across your message even if people can�t understand the language of the text. Always stick to a team on all your pages so your site looks uniform.

I always feel that a site is like a book. Target the people you want to come to your site by providing information that is relevant to them, keep them coming back. Get feedback from them and let them know that you know they are there. You will always get the general crowd who enjoy surfing but you have an audience to please, the people you intended the site for.

I hope you did not create the site for free.

The large image as a header is not necessarily a good idea. The page takes way too long to load. Although the site does look good, the impatient public will not stick around to see it.

Check out the link given by jipman. (Great Link by the Way) . It show script problems, The index page had something like 109 syntex errors.

Don't get discouraged, your are definately on the right track.
