I didn't understand how will qupis users behave. Will they also have to register to Xisto ? Is there a free plan for them ? Or is qupis completely different ? Or will qupis survive to the switch to the new credit system ?

I don't think Qupis has to do anything with the new Credits System, since it is (and always has been) a completely free, ad-based service.
