Well first of all, you agreed to things you didn't read, I can say this because in the AUP, Forum Rules and TOS it is stated that you will only receive free hosting, if you meet the requirements.

For the starters package (20MB Space) you will need 10 credits and for the standard package (150MB) you will need 30 credits. Credits depend on the size and contents of your posts, so are in all actuality unrelated to post count. You have zero posts, meaning you also don't have sufficient credits.

Secondly, in your application the Comments section, you used several words that are not suitable for younger audience. We have members here that age as young as 9.
