Labcast, you can not get a hosting account unless you actually post and gain credits. You must have at least 13 credits for the starter package (if you have exactly 10, your account will become suspended as soon as it is made) and 33 for the advanced package. If you had read all the information given, you would have known this.

Saved up on a lot of typing. Your current credits is "2" labcast. You need to gather 11 more credits by making enough posts. If you want more information on the credit-post relation refer to our FAQs at http://faqs.astahost.com - you'll find answers to all sorts of hosting+credit relation question there. In case you have any further questions, feel free to list it on our FAQs site and we'll reply to them gladly.
Once you've got sufficient credits, you're free to apply for the hosting again and if your posts meet the required standard, you'll have hosting in no time.
