Window Live Messager 8.0

What do you think about Window Live Messager 8.0. I think it is good but I like the last version more than.
Do you know how to change language. I cant find this option. Tell me please.

you can't, you must download from the website which the llanguage originated.

personally, I prefer Skype & Jabber over Windows Live Messenger

It's far too white/bright for me. I went back to 7.5 after a week.

I love Windows Live Messenger! It is much better than MSN Messenger 7.5 and it includes free calling to contacts (much like Yahoo!).

Also, the interface is more user-friendly than the MSN Messenger interface. It makes you seem more lively and energetic.

i use windows live messenger and its ace it is very good to use. its a bit like msn but instead of addons you have script that you have to use and you can even write your own. if you use msn i surgest upgrading to this as you will like it very much it has new signs for all of the activites etc.

I don't like Windows Live now.

I used to have Windows Live Plus, it pwnd. But it stopped working and I have no clue why I've done all the normal stuff. So I am using Trillian 3.1 or something like that. Its okay.

In a way, you have to get the latest version after a while since everybody else is getting it. After several versions you can't send a file to an older messenger user. You indirectly will be forced to get the latest Windows Messenger if you understand what I meen.

I've yet to use the latest version (still stuck with 7.5), but from what I see the response is mixed. I don't use the messenger that much anymore, but I think I'm fine with this version for now.

Installed it on one of my computer and I found it too bloated and a system-hog. I still mainly use Version 7.5 for my main computer due to the interface and less memory usage. Didn't encounter any problems regarding sending files using 7.5, or maybe its just that my friends also still using version 7.5.

Better use Yahoo messenger 8 instead of Windows live messenger because they have integrated the facility to chat with windows messenger users also. I also like windows live messenger user interface. It is pretty cool.
