Whats Is The Maximum Number Of Xp User Accounts

Does anyone know how to turn the user account control off? It's really annoying and it pretty
much comes up every time i try to use a windows program. I tried to contact microsoft support about
this but all they could respond with was, "we dont know what your trying to ask us". I'm pretty
sure it's going to be a registry hack or one in the control panel ->admin tools...please help me

I don't know what the difference between Vista and XP is. I just see Vista as a glorified XP.

How do you remove MSN Messenger in Windows XP? Not from the Add/Remove program list but by locating
SYSOC.INF in the \Windows\INF folder (hidden file and folder). Open it in Notepad and locate the
line: msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7 Remove the word 'hide' from the line and
save the file. After making the necessary changes, you'll be able to see MSN Messenger in the

I am visiting my parents and need to do some work on their computer. They keep their screen at
800x600 for easy reading, while I am more accustomed to working at 1600x1400 and above. I was
wondering if it was possible to set my user account to default to a higher resolution, while keeping
theirs at 800x600....

Hello, I am currently reinstall Windows 2000. Is there any software that can export all the user
account (or some user account) and then import them back to the new system? Is the possible to keep
the SID and password unchanged. If so, the file premission (in NTFS partition) will remain the same.

My opinon on Windows XP... I REALLY dont like it! I think they added too much things that wernt
needed. The look of it is kind of ugly to. I like the older pcs better even though all of this new
software requires XP. The security that is supposed to be so great really kind of sucks. I think I

You can bypass Windows XP passwords by using a W2k boot disc! M$ tried to make XP the
securest version of Windows OS. This hole in the security are the norm not the exception! Since the

pop it into the CD rom and boot the computer. Now you can go into the W2k recovery console. If you

I have created a limited account ( i'm with administrator account) and after a month I can't
log in into the student account. there is an error message. And in my administrator account windows
search engine is crashed. Every time I run search , windows crashes ?!?? Please help...
