So I recently got a nice gaming laptop. It has pushed everything I've thrown at it. Tell me what you guys think! I'm terribly sorry for the bad pictures. Also be warned that the pics are VERY big so 56k'ers be careful! Nice, 2048 MB of memory on a laptop! I usually ***** to people how little RAM they have, well can't do that to you. Sorry can't comment on the 3DMark results. I used to play around with a lot but haven't done so in years. By the way, how much this beast weights?

Very very nice. Have you tried Tomb Raider Lost Legends with Next Gen content turned on? That should push your system quite a bit. FEAR should also be a good challenge.

Very nice. Your lap top looks like it should perform like a regular computer and for a lap top thats excellent. Try to run Neverwinter Nights without any glitchs that would be an ultimate test.

The beast weights only around 8.6 lbs. I can put my mousepad, mouse, small headphones, laptop, AC adapter and some cd's in my case and carry it with ease. So it dosent bother me much at all. Sure its not a laptop to hold in your lap but thats not what I bought it for  Yes I have Tomb Raider and Oblivion both running on high settings. No slow downs even after no reboots for 24 hrs or more and I've been playing both games since they've been out almost. Both look amazingly stunning! It really does perform to a comparable desktop. When I bought the laptop a comparable full desktop system would have cost at least $1500 so spending $2000 was worth it for me considering I take it out with my every day. I have the following games on it: UT 2004, Doom 3, Quake 4, WC: TFT, StarCraft, Counter-Strike 1.6, CS: Source, DoD:S, Tomb Raider Legend, HL2 DM, Oblivion, WoW, Need For Speed Black Edition. All run flawlessly. I also backup movies to DVD's daily.

damn, wish I had the money to buy such a laptop  . I've been looking for a laptop lately and I probably won't get any further than an ATI Xpress200, 512Mb and 40Gb hdd  . Gotta get me a job for the vacations (need much money, new camera, pc upgrade (or new one?), laptop, ...). Me want's much, but can't get much

OMG! So many games on one small powerhouse?!! Unfair! You shouldn't post such things here ... you make so many people (like myself) jealous! Now, I'm seriously considering a laptop to buy with my first salary  . A portable gaming machine would be awesome.

Sweet setup man, love it. Thats the nice thing about some of the new "high end" laptop systems that are coming out these days. If you know where to find em at a reasonable cost they usually don't cost much more then desktop systems and they perform pretty much the same. I have to admit that I'm truely jealous, but I hope to have a similar system soon. If you could let us know where you got it I'm sure that I wouldn't be the only one greatful for such information.

omggg  the first SAGER NOTEBOOK i've ever seen someone own. I've always looked at them for myself, but ive never had the money to do it. (so i went and bought an asus z9000 barebone and built that notebook up. Guys, just to give an idea of how 1337 sager is as a notebook company it can simply be put as this. Sager > Alienware. Yeah, man, props to you for having a kick ash notebook.. loving the 3dmark man.. also sweet pics.. thanks for posting.

Don't Power On When Opening Laptop
(6) A while ago I installed openSuse 11.0 on my laptop and I'm actualy very pleased about it, but
there is something I'd like to change but I can't seem to find a solution for it. If
mylaptop is suspended and the lid is closed, it unsuspend when I open the lid. Now, it's nothing
realy bad, but it's something I don't want (because sometimes I just want to put a piece of
paper on the keyboard so I won't forget it). So, what file do I need to alter to prevent this

Hook Xbox 360 To Laptop.
(4) Hello, I am going to get a laptop very soon (hopefully tomorrow at some point), and where I live at
the moment a tele isn't exactly ideal let alone cheap. Does anyone know what ways I may be able
to hook my xbox 360 (and others) to display on the laptop screen? Aside from features that may come
with it (like s-video input or something like that). I'm using standard AV cables for the 360,
plus it has an s-video cable for s-video input.....
Laptop Auto Starts After Turning It Off
(8) My laptop auto starts after I turn it off. I was told by a friend that an internet signal was the
cause for the laptop to turn itself back on but I already verified that's not the case. Every
time I turn off the computer, I have wait until it starts back and then press and hold on to the

Laptop Wont Power With Under Battery Power
(2) hello all.....haven a odd issue with a laptop.......the laptop will not power up unless the ac
adapter is plugged in....the battery is new and once the laptop is runnin xp shows thats the battery
is charged...currently 92%. Now i can unplug the ac adapter and the system will run under battery
power for some time(1 hour +) but if i power the laptop down and try to power it back up it will
power up for 3 or 4 secs then go dead.then i have to use the ac adapter once again. I"m thinkin
maybe the battery cant handle the load while booting....not real sure though...laptop is a....
Andlinux Behaves Strangely On Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop
(0) I installed andLinux on this Dell laptop and as soon as you start any Linux app it gets flooded with
a bunch of equal signs (as you can see in the videoclip below), I have no idea why. Remember, nobody
is keying in one equal sign every second. It's just the weird behavior of this laptop. I have
successfully installed andLinux on other PCs and it works as expected. I first suspected that it
would be a keylogger or some such malware, but I scanned the laptop for viruses, spyware and

Laptop Screen Saver Problem
(2) Hi, When I am using my laptop on battery power (not plugged in) the screen saver loads properly and
works fine at the time specified. The Screen will turn off after 5 minutes of no activity. The
problem occurs when I have the laptop plugged in and/or charging. The screen saver will not appear.
I can make it appear my going to the screen saver properties, but otherwise it won't appear.

Support: Laptop Wont Turn On
(14) Hi All, I have a Acer Aspire 3003WLC for about a year now. Not a bad, simple laptop, but i have been
having power problems recently. I have had to have the laptop repaired once already because the
sound had stopped working and since I have got it back there has been problems with the power. When
i attempt to turn the laptop on, with just the battery, nothing happens! when i plug in the ac
adapter (with green light on it) the charging light comes on, but i cannot still turn the system on.

Laptop Restarting On Its Own
(9) My laptop has been recently rebooting on it's own when I'm using it. It doesn't seem to
matter what I'm doing when this happens. I just formatted and installed Windows XP on this

(22) OK, having major LCD issues on my laptop today. I have one of these no name brand (actually called
Prostar) laptop that I bought a few years back. It's served me well and only giving problems
here and there occassionally. Well, this one takes the trophy. The screen is flickering light to

Frustrating Problem With XP On Laptop
(20) I have my Dualcore AMD Acer laptop, 5102Wlmi, with a 120GB hd, 2 GB ram, etc. I had a friend buy it
in the states and bring it over just 2 months ago. All of a sudden, the other day when i went to

Help, My Laptop Charger Is Not Working Properly
(17) I have a HP Pavilion laptop. I bought it about 2-3 years ago. I try to plug in the charger end to
my laptop and it does not start charging. I can take the back off of it, plug the charger in, and
it works fine. I think that something is pushing back (in the laptop) and causing the connections
not to touch. I would fix it myself, but I would have to take a lot of my laptop apart just to fix

Just Got A New Laptop....
a couple questions (13) I bought an Acer Aspire 5601WLMI for $850 after rebates. It has an AMD Turion 64 X2 ML-50 processor,
2 GB DDR2 ram, 120GB hard drive, 15.4 in brightview widescreen, etc. I did alot of online research
before i bought it, as I don't like Acers, and would have gone for a Compaq or Dell had i had
more time. But it seemed to get pretty high reviews, and on notebookreview.com it was in the top 5.

Laptop Overheating
Problem with Dell 600m (15) One of my friends has a Dell 600m which he bought around the same time as me. We pretty much have
the exact same specs, but my processor and video memory is a little better. He has been having
problems since the time he got the laptop with it overheating to the point of it locking down.
