all i can suggest is sign up for an account at zoneedit.com, and set the dns of your .info account to ns1.zoneedit.com and ns2.zoneedit.com. Then, login to your zoneedit.com and follow the instructions to set up dynamic DNS.

Why don't you point your free domain, to a free DNS service, that provides Dynamic fowarding... One service that provides this is www.everyDNS.net, they have about 4 worldwide DNS servers; and its free to use, all you need is an account, and point and post your domain to thier DNS Servers, and then download the small .exe file to dynamicly change your IP address with the DNS servers...
