Treo 650 And Novii Remote

Hi, is the Novii Remote on Treo650 strong enough? e.g 3 meters distance is okay?

Novii has a product called Novii Blaster for Treo, which makes me think that Treo IR is very weak.

I am quite interested in turning off TV or increasing volume to MAX in shops.

I always have problems with these softare on my pda but they worked great on my old symbian phone
