Hello,
I will tell you another way which will solve many of your problems including the task manager problem. first of all you need to download the iso image for booting the pc.
http://www.son.web.id/2007/03/14/windows-x...nipextv2k50903/this is the link to download it. After downloading it to your computer you have to burn it with a cd burner program like Nero or alternatives. After burning the cd you will need to boot the pc up with the cd inserted in.
For booting up the system you may need to setup the bios of the computer..
You may get into bios (which is the basic software of the hardware you own) by pressing the button (the button can be delete, F8, F10, F2).
You will see a blue screen or a screen with mostly formed of blue color.
You may see a menu with many choices. Generally you will need to enter the second item on the menu . After getting in the menu you will be looking for the word ( the word should be= boot up, sequence, priority, or HDD CD or DVD) Once you find the WORD you must change the sequence of the items (Hdd, CD or DVD). You have to set the sequence of the CD to the first.
After setting up the sequence you have to save and exit the bios.
Save and exit is generally located on the last item in the menu.
F10 is the general save and exit shortcut key on the most of the bios'es.
After saving and exiting the computer might reboot.
You may insert the cd .
Computer may boot up with the cd.
After the boot on the cd, you will see messsages.
These messages will be different than the ordinary windows boot messages.
The messages will end and you will be seeing a completely new windows. This is the windows prepared on the cd. That doesnt effect the windows you use.
You have to look for the start menu and the items on it. The menu might have a sub-menu of Windows or System settings.
In this menu you will see the programs that will help you to:
1) To create a new user with admin rights.
2) to set up or change everthing in windows.
3) install or delete anything on windows or on you hdd.
and so on..
