| | I requested SSH access for my account and was awarded successfully at http://www.astahost.com/ssh-request-t11611.html.
Now, whenever I try to login into SFTP through some SSH client in xterm, it says access denied, contact administrator for support. What should I do now?
Is the admin has disabled my account or something else. Please help me!

If you are getting an access denied message, try the following:
Use your SSH client and attempt to login using your account on the server.
If that doesn't work, it is quite possible that SSH may have been accidently revolked. But I'm not an administrator so I can't tell you.

It should work for you - your rights were still there. But just to be sure, I revoked and granted again - maybe last time the config files slipped up somewhere

Try now and let me know.

thanks. It is working now.
you may be right in saying that the config files might have slipped last time.
Thanks once again.

- How do I remove my CPanel login ID? (10)
Hi All! I just noticed that now that I am hosted, for some reason my CPanel account ID is showing
up in my user profile. Is there a way to make that invisible? Or... am I seeing information about
myself that isn't available to anyone else in the first place, lol! Hopefully, the latter is the
case... I was up and down the settings for my options and I see nothing that would control the
visibility of that information. As well... hopefully this is the right forum for this question... I
apologize in advance if I posted this question in the wrong spot. Cheers, Phoenix ...
