| | I love all sports games. Madden 2005 is the best game ever made. That game is soo addicting. I can play it for hours with my friends. Also MVP baseball is a great game. Last years was okay the BIG problem was the left handed glitch. With the lefties you couldnt hit homers or hit the ball far at all. Also NHL 2k5 was a great game. It had sick graphics. I love sports games. There just so much fun. Im not really in to the Halo games but I hear there great. |

Yeah, I love Madden especially due to the addition to XBOX Live and the new Hit-stick feature. I swear, I love tackling my defenders using the hit-stick it looks so sick. But the chances are risky though and sometimes you may miss and give up the touchdown. Personally I love this game and if I was to rate it I would give it a sold 9 out of 10.

The best sporsts game is NBA JAM FLAT OUT!!! i think the closest basketball game to NBA JAM is the first NBA live. The new ones are boring. Just a lil bit of new features and characters but all the same. I have NBA street and it's good but kinda a rip-off of Nba Jam

Yeah i really like sports games also. Especially baseball games because they really got good after xbox and ps2 and stuff. But MVP is good ESPN is aight and MLB 2005 is not that good but yeah. Halo is tight. Halo 2 could have been so much betta except for xbox live now thats off the chain. Later kronkite.

My 2 favorite sports games at the moment are Madden 06 and NCAA 06. I can't wait until the Arena Football game comes out from EA Sports. I really want to get that. I also want to test out the Cricket game they are putting out also!

well... i love sport games ! That's because in general i love sport, and almost all sport catch on quick on me ! I must say i play tennis at a pro level (i'm a junior now... but... we'll see ) ! I all the games of NHL, NBA and FIFA series since 2001, and i have to say that i played them madly, i had a obsession with them ! I loved NHL 2003 most of the NHL series, and now i will play NHL 2006 in the next 3-4 to 8 months till my gamepad dies ! Nba just keeps getting better and better each ear, altough i kinda hated the menus in the NBA 2005, but as they say : I love this game ! Oh well, the game i played the most, and where i was the neighborhood champ years in a row, FIFA, dind't have a such constant progress ! But most of all i liked fifa 2005 but i hated FIFA 2004, but i think i played FIFA 2003 most of all ! I dindn't get to play FIFA, NBA and NHL 2006, but i'm sure they will get on my computer this week and SO LONG SOCIAL LIFE ONCE AGAIN !

Sometimes I'm half-tempted to actually save up some money and buy a console that's newer than my SNES just so I can play some of the newer sports titles. I'm still really, really into the earliest Madden titles, though even if they *are* cruddy graphic-wise, and even if they did come out *way* before the 2-pt. conversion rule. (which I sometimes forget when I'm only down by a couple of points and want to try it - then I remember that, duh, I can't on that title, and I cuss a little). Still don't have any hockey titles ... mainly because I'm still supremely and righteously furious with pro hockey (I say nuts to the NHL) ... and don't feel like having anything to do with the sport. But if I stop seething any time soon, I guess I'll go look for a college hockey title or something. But even that would probably make me swear a lot right now.

Ok, so to alter a good racing series, with combat would be the Mario Kart series... If I had a Wii I would be all about that! I remember SNES started it, and I overkilled my 64 version... especially now after buying a 50in Plasma... and bringing out the old 64... Good stuff! No matter which mode, you can so lose a lot of time playing over and over, and even restarting fresh and winning the circuits so that you can get the reverse tracks.... ahhhh... good stuff... and I thought I would add that little comment... Oh, and there just may be more later... - skedad -

Sports games... and Madden. I had Madden for PC, and I had Madden 64. I was loving my Pittsburgh Steelers hardcore back then, and they had all of the huge power players back then... It was awesome adding myself to the roster. Before that was SNES John Elway Quarterback... These are the football games I own... just haven't been serious about buying anything NFL or NCAA in a long time. I love to rent though... I do have Need for Speed. I love the racing games. I remember starting with Excitebike and then it moved to like Days of Thunder, and then into like Gran Turismo and the Need for Speed. I was playing around with Fallout when I was back in college. Nothing like linking 10 to 15 people playing on a LAN network. I did the same with Halo, but we are talking sports right now. I guess the real games that I have kept up with lately is WWE Smackdowns. I guess I am a fan.... I have played and owned them since the first Smackdown on PS1. I just like that each year you have something kind of new and tweaked rosters. They are just adding more realistic viewing... like you are really a part of the WWE enterprise. I love to multiplayer it all, just like in other sports, but you can do a little more with WWE than other sports. I like almost any kind of high action, and I love to multiplayer sports games. I think it was just as fun doing 2Player NFL and NCAA on 64, and I plan to buy a PS3 sometime soon... wonder what I can get into then.

The only type of games that i play are sports games, FPS games and racing games. I find that out of these 3 that the sports games are alot more exciting but they dont always last as long because after a while you've either completed the game or the game has become outdated (new season, new players on teams etc.) My favourite sports game is FIFA 08! its an amazing game and i absolutely love football so it suits me fine! FIFA 09 should be coming out in a few months with the new season starting in a month and a half so im gonna get it and will probably recommend you getting it too!

I absolutely love Madden 08 for the Wii. There are so many possible actions that are controlled simply by moving either the nunchuk or the Wii controller. The soundtracks for the game, of corse, are incredible, and the accuracy of the teams is unbelievably accurate. For instance, I play using the Buffalo Bills because I am originally from Buffalo and JP Losman, the Bills quarterback, fumbles just like in real life! It's amazing how accurate this game is. The only major problem with this game are the graphics... When looking at an instant replay, I noticed that one of the players arms seemed to twist completely around like a windmill.. Another instance is when I looked at a replay of a tackle, I noticed that the players arm actually went below the playing field.. But those are extremely small details that really don't affect the game play in any way. If I were to rate this game ona scale from one to ten, it would easily get a 9.5. I absolutely love this game!

I agree, football games come top! And soccer games are usually good! Lately though I think its the racing games that are doing well. Forza and NFS and even project gotham racing are all great games.

Wii Sports
Short Review (10) Has anyone tried the Wii/Wii sports that comes free with the console? Honestly I find the animation
is a bit lame, but the concept and game play are decent. It includes baseball, tennis, golf, boxing,
and bowling. By far, baseball and tennis are the best. Even for a Wii game, the depth of
interactivity is a bit low, but it leaves for a fun time with friends or family. I found that the
sensors were pretty accurate, and did appropriate actions according to your motion. Only minor moves
of the Wiimote are required, but it adds to the fun if you actually get up and play like....

Best PC GamePad For FIFA Games?
Need a gamepad just like a PS2 one with analogue sticks? (1) Hi guys, Ok we got FIFA07 yesterday and its GREAT!!! but we have probs witht he controls...our old
joystick just doesnt have enough buttons on it.. SO I started looking around for a gamepad-we want
one like the PS2 or Xbox ones with dual analogue sticks and possibly vibration on. Apart from the
Logitec range which I have heard bad things about (losing calibration of the sticks all the time
forcing you to pull it out and recal during gameplay) can anyone recommend a good gamepad for the
PC? Me and my son will be very happy!!! cos we need two to be able to play togethe....
Monster Bowl
online sports game (2) Monster Bowl is a fun online browser game with some pros and cons. You manage a team of creatures
(humans, elves, orcs, or skeletons) who play a field game like American football. Initial start
positions can be set, but all the action of the game is handled by an AI. Working for it is the
fact that is is free, fairly easy to get into, runs in a browser (requires relatively current
version of Java). Upgrading is relatively inexpensive ($5 per month). Some things people might not
prefer: graphics of game are 2D, pretty simple. Strategy is somewhat limited (you can&....

cheat codes can you please tell me? Also, I am looking for some new games to play. Does anyone know
of any cool xbox game that just came out? I like to play sports games mostly. What are some of your
