Badword Filter in php to reduce spam? Actually friends i want to integrate badword
filter on one of my webpage, which is filled by the users, so i want to replace all those vulgur
words with some special characters. this is very much problematic for me now a days , and i think

I have a fairly low traffic forum but it has a slight spam problem. Every now and then bot-accounts
emerge and all kinds of crap gets posted to the forums. I have one extra moderator besides me and
have been able to keep spam under control, but its still a nuisance and useless work. I'm

I’m starting to have a real problem in my forums. Apparently “midget anal porn” is the hottest new

I'm using GMail since June 2005. I love the sleek interface with no graphics and also the ease
of use. I really went after it because it was then offering the highest space for inbox. I also

I think we are all pretty tired of all of the spam we have been getting recently. I know Mark420 is
pretty irritated by the situation. It seems pretty clear that someone has targeted the keyword
"New" and likes to spam topics that have recently been posted to with "New" in the topice title.
I'm not sure what exactly the trigger is for this mechanism but it isn't fully automated

Looks like I got hit again and this time it was hard. This one was directed at my Nucleus CMS blog

I would like veteran admins to organize one place for spam topics. I have found multiple spam
storage area and it's limiting mod's ablities to handle spam topics efficiently and
quickly--taking too long to "look" for place to store spam topics. AstaHost doesn't mind
showing spam posts to the general public? How about merging junk and spam posts into one central
place? The location of spam storage should be either at the very top (similar to Trap17) or at the
bottom (as AstaHost) so that when moving a topic, the browse is quicker and easier....

For my member's profiles, I currently have it where it yanks the requested user's email in
