| | Cart00n 3ffect open an image. I took this  duplicate the layer (right click on layer and duplicate) set the blend mode of this new layer to "DARKEN" goto filter >> blur >> gaussian blur adjust the slider ( i made it 3) works good arnd 4.2 here is the final image  |
