I think photography is awesome! except for porn, though. not cool. when i have 10 posts, and get my site, i'm going to have tons of awesome pictures on there! tons! i don't know why but i think photography is so cool, it's kinda artsy.

I keep meaning to get back into photography. I had to take photography for two semesters at community college - or just long enough to really spark my interest. Ah, well. If I ever get some free cash, I'll probably invest it in a decent camera.

Photography has always been the love of my life. Nothing can be as absorbing as it as a hobby. The most attractive part about it, is that there are sooo many things you can learn about it that it never gets uninteresting.. You can try and learn as much as you want (and most of it is hands on) and yet you can never get to its full potential.. However, the best and only way to learn photography is to get around to actually doing it... this isn't a subject that you can pick right out of books.

I currently have a Sony Cybershot, which my whole family uses together. Yeah, I guess in Asian cultures and families, the family owns everything. Anyway, PUNKANGEL, if you ever get your site loaded up with your own photos, then please tell me!

I like to see photos, especially the older ones on my computer, where i seem to look younger, but i don't really like to see myself on photos, because usually i look stupid there.. but it is fun, but it isn't something i would like to do everyday, i usually take the camera being drunk

Quatrux, watch out; taking photos while under the influence is very dangerous. You might find some very surprising things when you develop your photos (or transfer them onto your computer) the next day.

photography is brilliant. but dont just stop at photography - take lots of photos very quickly and animate them - i.e. take film.

i really want a nice super 8 camera off ebay. gonna get one when funds are high. can wait. exposure, aperture, frames per second on video. most people, including me, have only used digital video cameras - i cant wait to go analogue!!!

Photography is "kinda artsy"? Photography IS one of art's popular mediums. It IS art.

Yeah, there's something about photography; catching a single moment in a snap of a finger. And it is a great reference for drawing that moment.
I have my CanonA75 for about six months now, and last night I took my 5010'th picture.

Life is but a series of moments.... so make sure to have lots of film!

I think pornography, when well done, is as good as any other photograph. You should check out Terry Richardson's photos. It's not porn, but it does resemble it a lot sometimes, and it looks really good.
