Give it awhile, might be a server hiccup. Also double posting things like this won't help you get service faster so please don't do so again in the future. Try again tomorrow and hopefully your site will be back up and running normally.

I hope. Sorry about the double post, I've just never had any problems like this with Astahost, and I'm hoping my website wasn't get hacked, since I don't have a backup. I was going to switch domains today so this problem is in my way right now.

I hate to complain too much but it’s going on 5 days. According to http://xisto.com/network-status/ the Gamma server is up and I can get to gamma.xisto.com but it is the default Apache Webserver setup page. While looking at the status page I didn’t realize that Xisto had so many server so I am sure the free server is last on the list. My only request is that everyone gets 5 days credit free or how ever long the servers are down. I understand the move but I am sitting here watching my hosting credits dwindle away without any hosting.

I can't access it at all. (0) I noticed no one came here to post that something was wrong, even if this forum is working fine. (If

Some People Can't Enter My Site =/
(8) Hey there! I don't know were the problem is from, but some people can't connect to my site.
It says "connection failed" all the time. I tryed with three friends. One of them couldn't
enter, the two others could. And then I asked two others again, and they couldn't either. I can

Was My Site Data Copied By Someone?
Same index page (6) I just found this site: asta-killer dot com and as you can see, it's a copy of mine index on
astahost: http://qzone.astahost.com the strange thing is that when you enter something like:
asta-killer dot .com/list/ a directory or file which doesn't exist, you get an error, but the
error is from my php script on astahost.. So that means that that index file isn't only copied
html, but also somehow they got my php source? what a hell is that? then OK I thought it is a remote
thing, but it's impossible on my account to get such an error at all, because th....
Can't Access My Site.
(2) I cannot access my site. Nor can I access any of it's subdomains, but I can access the cpanel
(through the server IP) and the site through the server ip followed by ~miles. I believe this may be
related to the namesevers in some way, as I have proven that the site hasn't been suspended or
anything. Can someone investigate? My cPanel username is miles and domain is sonic-deck.uni.cc....
Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
(5) When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The
default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so
I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? I have
not reset the password as I don't want to loose 10 credits over nothing. Please confirm if the
problem is pertaining to my account only.....

Question About cPanel And FTP?
how does it look like?? (4) i am new to this ASTA service and did try it yet and considering requesting an Account but i am not
sure about something. first the FTP: many sites have cheated on me with FTP account , does it work
with "my" FTP account meaning that i can connect to the FTP account using my own FTP client without
having problem uploading and downloading files?? and secoundly , the Cpanel. how does it look like
(friendly user interface) and is it easy to use non-like other hosting services which provide a
complex use Cpanel and even worst no help-Guide so you can start using it... adn....

How To Add Spf Records For My Domain

this hosting failure only my main account is working... the other accounts do not login me

Troubles Getting Into Cpanel
(1) Hello, I have just got my hosting approved and I can't seam to get anything working. I can't
point my nameservers to astahost yet so I can't get into cpanel by adding the /cpanel on the

in my username: oughtonm and password but it doesn't let me in. Could an admin help me out
