Oh so you have the TLD as your main domain. In that case, an administrator will have to do this for you. You can try another trick, though. Remember, the Managed DNS service I was talking about? GoDaddy seems to offer that for free. What you need to do is go to the Managed DNS control panel and add an A record for ycoderscookbook.com and www.ycoderscookbook.com pointing the IP to that of the new Gamma server - 208.87.243.146. If doing this requires that you point your name servers to something other than ns.computinghost.com and ns2.computinghost.com, then do that as well.

P.S.: You can also send a support ticket from http://www.xistosupport.com/

I sent the support ticket yesterday but there is still no response. I tried to change the DNS at Go Daddy but the help says “You can only use Total DNS Control if you are using our nameservers for your domain.”

As I said, it might require that you change your nameservers. Do you know what their nameservers are? In that case, change your existing nameservers to those and try the Managed DNS configuration.

If not you can try one of these:-

park1.godaddy.com
park2.godaddy.com

You can also try one of these. But, I doubt any of them will work considering you are not hosted by them.

Another option you have is to purchase managed DNS service from http://whiz.in. Although, I am not sure that this offer is available for foreign domains. So, you might have to transfer your domain.

Please do not modify your account yet. Everything is as it should be. I have contacted Velma (not that my communication is any faster than submission via Xistosupport) but hopefully Velma will see my ticket among other gazillions of support tickets submitted.

It is now EST 12:04AM (GMT-5) and tansqrx's domain is fully resolved at my end. Ping returns with new server's IP. Please verify.
