SCO is a fialed dieing company, that used to work with software, but now spends its time thinking up excuses to sue others. Plus, they recieve quite a lot of funds from Microsoft for some un-known reason. The conspiracy theorists amungst us like to think MS is paying SCO to keep up the allegations as part of there FUD (Fear, uncertainty, doubt) campaid againsed linux... who knows. SCO has nothing to gain, even if they did win. Where is the money going to come from. Does anyone still use SCO UNIX ? I think the only closed source version of UNIX in use now is SUN SOLARIS. And even that now has an Open source version os Solaris 10.

(0) Linux is in great danger at the moment. That danger started when Microsoft cut their deal with
Novell. Many open source advocates recognized this and there was a hue and cry over it. This furor
has died down to a large extent and apathy has set in. To combat this the Free Software Foundation
brought out their GPLv3 but this seems to be too little too late.

with. Personally I think Linux could become the dominant OS, but many, many years from now.....
