I Can't Log In To Cpanel

I'm having trouble logging into cpanel, when i type in my name: kraizii8, and password, the page
kinda resets and reloads . I have an account that was resently suspended, but i got the credits, & i
don't really remember if i got the email saying it was unsuspended, but yeah, it's not
