I Really Need Help - Help with making a city!

I am currently making a game using MCcodes V2.2 and when its installed etc.. it wouldnt let me make a city. It kept saying

Notice: Undefined index: minlevel in /www/rack111.com/g/a/n/(mygamename)/htdocs/staff_cities.php on line 18

Notice: Undefined index: name in /www/rack111.com/g/a/n/(mygamename)/htdocs/staff_cities.php on line 19

Notice: Undefined index: desc in /www/rack111.com/g/a/n/(mygamename)/htdocs/staff_cities.php on line 20

Please can someone help me! Thanks

There's an issue with the PHP coding, talk to the game developer. It can also be a server issue, so please contact your webhosting provider (since you don't use hosting from Xisto Corporation networks.)

Do u think it will go away if i change website hosters ?

i dont need help anymore, i got it to go away by using a different hoster
