if i want any guest user to signup and check mails through my website, what should i do. lf i want
to give away @honmore.astahost.com mail id. I know I can manually add them using CPanel, but is
there any automated way atleast for checking the mails if not for signing up....

Hi again. I'm having another problem. Well... If you read my other topic, the site isn't
working with www. Well, now the site won't work at all, subdomains, ftp, everything. I get the
old parking page that came with the domain. I was wondering if it is a problem with the company I
registered the domain with. I know that the name servers take time but its been about 5 days since I
changed them to the astahost ones. Yesterday it was working (except for subdomains) but today...
nothing works. Can anyone see if it works? the site is www.habbofront.com and a subd...

my credits barely went negative and i logged in my cpanel a few hours ago and now i receive this:
"This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."
what actually is the problem? the credit was 0.02 a few hours ago but when i logged in now, it was
-4.xx and i made it till 8.xx but still nothing.. ...

I dont know if it's just me but it seems like my site (james.astahost.com) is like down at least
five minutes ever hour like it would be working for a certian amoutn of time then all of a sudden it
goes down if I wait 5 minutes it's back up, an hour later the exact same thing happen's can
someone help me?...

My account became innactive a little bit over a month ago, I now have -31 hosting credits, and I
realised that I had critically important information regarding a project I was working on with some
others, and wondered if I start making posts immediatley to recover my account if the data would be
accessible?...

I have been a faithful contributor to the discussions on these boards, and yet I woke up this
morning to find that where my homepage used to be is an account suspended page...any reason why this
would be, considering I don't spam, add logical thoughts to discussions, and still have 5 days
of credits, as far as I know?...

I've tried to access my webpage http://www.abhiram.astahost.com by typing in the IP address
that is mentioned in CPanel i.e. 69.50.168.69 . But instead, it goes to http://www.astahost.com .
Am I doing something wrong or is that how it is? If it is supposed to go to astahost, is there a way
to access my site by an IP address? Thanks....

I was wondering if I culd change my site name to this... mtotheousey.astahost.com If I can't
no worries, I just thought of a better name for my site and a better way to set it out etc and the
new name really suits it. So it be much appreiciated if it can be changed, if not thats cool. Thanks

hey all! I just finished uploading my site using the file manager in cpanel... now what do i do? i
tried to view my site through a different browser window, but it's still the original astahost
page. did i do something wrong?...

Like 15 minutes ago, my site was online and everything was working fine, but then my site suddenly
went offline, and i can't acces my cpanel either, anyone knows whats wrong here? Is there a

its just a quick question.... I was having trouble getting onto the site, through this my account
was suspended. It was only a day or two at the most i was out of credits for. Im back up on the
credits and was just wondering if i need to contact anyone or am i right in saying it will

Ok, so I fill in the http://www.astahost.com/process just as stated with the web address
finance.astahost.com and the rest filed in and click submit. I then get the message that it is not a
valid subdomain of Trap17, this isn't trap17 so I click ok and the type yes to confirm and it
process my request. I get the completed message and now my site doesnt work, my cpanel doesnt work
and it recons my ftp address is ftp.finance.astahost.com.com which isn't right. Please help....
