It's been quite some time since I have even tried, but all I am getting is "Unable to connect"
in firefox. Also faqs.astahost.com is failing with the same message (main site url and forums them
selves seem to work fine....), what is up with different parts failing (it used to happen several
times a day with the forums), and it's random at which is working and which isn't lol. Well
the forums haven't given me any issue in a long time at least....

This is the first time i logged into the cpanel on my site, and it give me an error. Error!!

Whenever I give the control panel address it changes it to port number 2083. We are behind a
firewall and uses internet thorugh a proxy server which do not allow this SSL port. It gives the
following erro on Microsoft IE. Proxy Reports: 12204 SSL port specified is not allowed.

I would like to activate the shell support on my site. When I try SSH/SCP, I get "Shell Access is
not enabled on your account!" but I know it is a listed feature of the hosting package. I could
swear I have activated shell support for an account (different site) in CPanel before, but cannot
remember how to do it or find an appropriate option. Anyway, I am on a dial up line and desperately
trying to speed things up by using the TTY instead of the oh so gooey GUI. Any help appreciated. ...

I can access my Cpanel, no problem, but after accessing it, i can see that last my last login is

Authorized Use Only. what does it mean?, i have no access to the server ofcourse as i'm not
a moderator or adminstrator, does that mean an admin accessed it or does it occured as a Cpanel

I don't know if it's another database hiccup or what, because I'm trying to work with
something with the database, and when I try to access phpMyAdmin, it's saying wrong username and
password...but yet I can access my cPanel just fine...any idea what's going on? UPDATE: I guess
it was just a hiccup of the system, because it seems like it might be back now...dunno...will wait
and see...one other question, though- Is there some kind of weekly maintenance that's done to
the mySQL servers on Sundays or something, because that's when I seem to run...

I went to my site www.lackingi.astahost.com and it works, but when i do /cpanel, it doesnt work. Why
is this not working? i only have a limited time on a real computer online (i surf from my sidekick)
and need to upload some files. Help? peace aaron...
