I downloaded Morphoon CSS editor over the weekend but I have not installed it yet. It's a free xml and css editor no support if you download and use http://www.morphon.com/index.shtml

hey guys , some months ago i 've used phpcoder, it was good software , but a little instable ,sincerarly i prefer use NOTEPAD from Windows , there i can decide build my own structure. This software : Phpcoder is availbe at any search motor so if you interested take a look.

There is also Nvu, which is the open source dreamweaver. Not nearly so powerful, but its probably still more than you need. It is a nice WYSIWYG editor.
