as most orkutters know that u cant scrap ur whole friend list in one go. i cant keep my friends up to date with myself (since they dun know whats a blog) so i have to scrap them all individually. having 100+ friends i decided to use an autoscrapper and came across Scrapboy.
bugged up with Scrapboy's bulky interface and huge download size, i decided to code my own auto scrapper for Orkut.com If you don't know what it is, hit the following link

its around 570Kb in download and is extremely light on resources. A simple winzip extractor is even smaller and is available through this link:

Hey, Captain Ron,
Please tell me on what base have you constructed that 'software', because I believe that it is not possible to integrate in to the ASPX script of Orkut directly. Likewise, are you affiliated with Orkut™ in any manner? If not, I think you'd need a disclaimer here!  Since this is a public portal, you gotta take care!

Don't use the direct link to the EXE file. Astahost TOC does not allow direct links outside this domain, and they might have blocked it!
Or simply put, you can try finding the IP of that domain and putting it there...

hey guys there is no such rule that you can't integrate with aspx or anything. firstly i am not hiding anything from the users, the explorer window is viewable to all users. secondly there is no aspx issue thirdly, its simple script that performs what else a user wud do. that means write a scrap and click the scrap button! thats not illegal by any means i suppose. anyhow... i guess mauh might have accessed the file when astahost was having a downtime.

Please noooooooooooo! Auto-scrappers keep flooding my scrapbook every week, if not every day! This is the kind of tool that in the right hands is really useful, but otherwise... viva la spam! But seriously people... think like twice... or better, think twice two times, before using this kind of (EVIL) (SPAM) tool.

Orkut recently changed the codes for avoiding spam! So many of the old scrapping softwares wont work!  I got another software named Orkut CuteDownload it from here (Latest Version 7.5) Its a freeware software and you can scrap to all your friends, in one click, and create same topic in all your communities, you can receive new scraps immediately, notifier is there for new scraps and new online friends! And you ca even format the messages with a build in scrap editor! Its rocking friends! Hii Orkut recently changed its codes so I guess all the previous scrappers would not work. You can get the latest written in PERL from my blog : http://digitalpbk.blogspot.com/2007/06/ork...ll-friends.html  Its a PERL script so you may need Active Perl already installed on your system with a few additional modules.

Auto Volume Controller For Windows
(0) This is a .NET Application I initially built for my own needs and am now thinking of releasing it as
a shareware. But, before I do that, I thought of getting some valuable feedback from you guys.
Basically, the software turns your system volume up or down attempting to match the sound level
chosen by you. It only works on Microsoft Windows Vista, taking advantage of the new architecture
which allows detection of the volume level. I came across a software that could do something like

Auto_increment Jumping About
not sequential numbers (3) Hello, I've been having very strange problems with AUTO_INCREMENT. It will be sequential for
the first 4 or so inserts and display them fine. After 3 or 4 or 5 inserts the FileID, which has the
AUTO_INCREMENT applied to it, will then jump to a seemingly random number like 72, 49207, and so on.
My SQL for the table in question is: CREATE TABLE `IPR` ( `FileID` int(11) NOT

Laptop Auto Starts After Turning It Off
(7) My laptop auto starts after I turn it off. I was told by a friend that an internet signal was the
cause for the laptop to turn itself back on but I already verified that's not the case. Every
time I turn off the computer, I have wait until it starts back and then press and hold on to the
on/off button to turn it off. After I do that it doesn't restarts. Any suggestions?....

Auto-click Script
(7) I wanna know how to make a "auto-click" script in web browser.... i want it to do this: I am on a
web page...I have 3 options to click....so i want it to click one,after it reloads it waits for 25
seconds and clicks 2nd,and again waits to reload and that 25 seconds and clicks 3rd option... is it
possible to create that kind of script?it would be better if it was executable program so u can set

Need Help In Database Auto_increment
(9) i am creating a game and i set when someone registers than he gets id...in "extra" i have set it to
be "auto_increment" but whenever new player signs up he gets number bigger than 210...(my first id
was 211,next was 212,third was 213,fourth got 214) how to set it to go from 1 to infinite? thnx....

Stop AUTO_INCREMENT From Jumping
(13) One of my MySQL tables has an ID column - it's a primary key with auto_increment. And it works.
If I add six rows they number 1 to 6 nicely. But if I delete rows 4 to 6 then add a new row, it
becomes row 7. And if I delete that it becomes row 8. How can I make it so the next auto_increment
is the smallest possible? (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6 - I delete 4-6 and the next row inserted becomes 4)....
