im assuming you are talking about the quality of the videos after recording them on your phone and uploading them to your PC?
well, to start with the quality of the final movie is only going to be as good as the camera on your phone!
according to the nokia europe website, the phone has

I am not sure of any programs that you can install on the phone to enhance movies but once its taken theres not much you can really do (meaning, you cant give it a better quality on the pc)
So, you best chance is to set the camera on its best quality and resolution (1280 x 960) setting!
