I've been asked to take a more active roll here. So I am.

Firstly, spam is not going to be tolerated in any form. This includes very short or otherwise pointless posts - anything less than about two lines is considered to be too short.

Secondly, I am going to be much more scrutinous when it comes to reviewing accounts for hosting applications. So basically that means if you are in any doubt that you are elligable to receive hosting, then it probobly isn't worth asking.
