Despite the fact that you didn't use English in your post, I feel your pain and have decided to try and help!

It is possible that your power supply, a mere 210 watt box, is inadequate for long term use for your configuration. As a result, you may benefit from replacing and hopefully upgrading your power supply.

I highly reccommend PC Power and Cooling. Even if you don't buy one of their products, you should read their articles about the subject!

There is another potential cause of this behavior.
Over heating!

This is more than likely the true cause of this type of problem. The computer shuts down to prevent meltdown.

So, read those post since they most likely have the answer to your question.

To save some time, after you read those posts, buy 3 cans of air duster, unplug your PC, open the case and blow all of the dirt out! Be sure to really dust off the fans well. Dirty fans run slower!

In the future, try the following:

• Buy a decent power supply large enough for your system.
• Place filters on your fan intake vents.
• Buy plenty of decent fans.
• Do a search of the forums.
• Use actual English. - If you are too lazy to ask for help in a way that everyone can easily read, then we may be too lazy to reply!

It is VERY likely that it's your power supply. On your video card, a 7950GT nvidia recommends a 400 watt power supply. I doubt it is overheating but it could play a part later on when you get a new power supply if you still experience random shut downs or reboots.

So i would recommend a 550 watt power supply. It is above nvidia's recommendation and it should be able to power your cpu/graphics/drives effectively plus have plenty of room for expansion.
As for the brand, i'd say go with Antec. I've heard very positive comments about Antec and that is what i'm getting for my next power supply (When this generic one dies).
What i'd recommend is an Antec truepower 2.0 550 watt
It is also SLI ready.

Whether or not your video card requires it, I agree with the thought that it is likely your power supply.

I went through this twice in the past. In one case I replaced the motherboard and CPU because there were a few blown caps (which could also make it shut down). But in the end the problem went away as soon as I replaced the power supply. In hindsight it was likely the bad power supply that caused the blown caps.

And of course the good thing is that it's one of the easiest pieces of hardware I've had to replace.
