| | I am making a colour picking application in Delphi and am looking for little things I could add or change to make it better.
It's meant to be quite simple for the most part of course, and it includes 3 sliders for RGB, random colour generation, display of RGB/HEX etc codes, and a feature to get the colour from underneath the mouse.
If anyone has any nice little ideas I might be able to implement in it, to improve it, it would be greatly appreciated (I'm not sure what people would look for in a colour picker).
And for anyone concerned about (why not use photoshop or MSPaint), my mouse colour picker works on absolutely anything on the screen (so in other words that feature pwns Photoshop  ), and is one of the reasons why I am making a stand alone colour picker for the window desktop envrionment.
I may also create a version of it, to be used as a Delphi component at some point. |

It would be awesome if it could calculate the rest of the colors for a tetrad or triad color harmony. A Tetrad is 4 colors 90 degrees apart on the color wheel and a triad is 3 colors that are 120 degrees apart.

Forming the tetrads and triads is pretty easy for colors in HSV, and if you have RGB colors, I believe there is a known algorithm for converting to HSV, and a known algorithm for converting back. ~Viz

I haven't heard of that myself, but it does sound interesting, I'll have to take a look into it. What kind of stuff do you work with using this?

Synchronization Software
Please express some ideas (4) I am working on a project with files at different locations, some duplicates. I want it to be

Pen Drive Ram On Windows Vista
Features on Windows Vista (13) I recently viewed the homepage of Windows Vista on Microsoft's site. It says that Windows
Vista can use a pen drive (USB 2.0) as additional RAM to speed up the memory. My question
is that we use RAM because the hard disk is SLOW. We do have a swap file, but we don't use it
much because it slows down performance! So, how can it be that the USB Pen drive be as fast as
the RAM? Its max. speed is just 153.3kbps So won't that be slow too? How can that act as
additional RAM? Is Microsoft trying to fool innocent buyers? This is outrageous&....
Can't View PHP Files Using XAMMP
Any ideas why? (3) I have downloaded a couple of PHP scripts and have tried to open the with XAMMP in PHP but it
isn't working. The page pops up for a quick second, then disappears. I have no clue what is
going on. I am opening it with the PHP.exe file in XAMMP, is that what I am supposed to be using?
