| | Hey I accidently let my credits slide down below zero!!!
Its not that big of a deal but after i have positive points again how do I reactivate my website?
If this is posted somewhere else then just refer me to where that post is, unless you really feel like typing out the steps or something like that... |

A : The main forum page will show you your current hosting credits. If it is negative, your hosting is propably suspended. You must have at least 7 Hosting Credits, to un-suspended your account automatically. We do this, so that members dont activate accounts and become inactive again. Activating and Deactivating puts a lot of load on our server and it requires us to restart the services. Additionally you might have to wait a bit until the site get unsuspended even after you reached the 7 credits mark, don't be too impatient.

As far as I know, the credit number you have to achieve has been decresed, and now it is FOUR. So, when you get past four (or maybe five) credits, your account will be unsuspended in a few hours. Of course, it wouldn't be bad if you got all the way up to ten as soon as possible - but don't forget, no spamming!

Yea, thanks alot it came up about and hour after I hit like 5 credits. I just got lazy and forgot to post because I was so busy with school just starting up. I'll make sure to keep better track of it this time.

Has anyone wondered why almost every newbie drops in asking the same question? Even I did when I was new. Well i guess that there must be a better FAQs page than the current one. A forum is not a great place to post static articles. Also its better to show the FAQs page right after sign up.

Most of the info is found either in the FAQ section (which does needs some updating, to be honest) or in the Announcements section. After all, it does say that you ought to read the announcement topics before posting. Of course, being active won't bring out any problems, so you won't have to ask for support

What happened to me was that it dropped way too much below zero and I went back to an unhosted account. I think it was 30 below 0. So my hosting credits was like 0 and would increase when I post and never decreased because I wasn't hosted. The way I did to reactivate my account was that I saved up 30 hosting credits and requested for a new account. Was this the proper way to reactivate my account referring to my issue?

I Cannot Recieve E-mail On My Hosting Account
(11) To describe my problem, I need to give an example. Let's say my hosting account here has the
subdomain www.lestan.astahost.com , with the username khayman . So now my default e-mail account

Cant Access My Account
(1) ve uploaded all the files via FTP to my site but for some reason whever I try to view the pages in a
browser it simply comes up with an error message. The only page I can get is the defaul AstaHost
page you get when you first goto your site and havent made a new website to take its place? My url
