I feel I should post here to... Thanks astahost for hosting my website and the greate support. Astahost is one of the better forum communities I have been to (and I have been to a lot believe me). Happy new year and I hope next year astahost gets bigger and has more people become active. I hope the Mods stay active and countinue providing this great free hosting. The best free hosting out there in my opinion, I have been to most the hosts (or at least a lot of hosts) and they all have there problems but not astahost. I rated Astahost.com highly on the poll on all the free hosting directorys. Once again Happy New Year! And keep up the good work. Thanks for the hosting, ~Sparkx~

Apparently, in Toronto, it's illegal to launch fireworks except for days that are allowed. I don't know if New Year is on the list :s xboxrulz

Well here in Lima, Peru, it's not illegal to launch fireworks, but it does not means that you can lauch it whenever you want, generally people launchs fireworks only in holidays like these days or in our national day (july 28). Best regards,

Hello! This is my first post ever on this forum and thought it would be nice to wish everybody a late happy new year firstly. So Happy New Year! I have heard this is a great host, but a little bit negative comments from here and there about the "be active on the forums to have the host", but i thought that i could at least try this before judging anybody. The features sound great and this is worth a shot!

2007 The Last Year Of Php 4
(3) As many people know, PHP 4 is dead, it was here for the last 7 years and officialy 2007 was the last
year that the PHP development team supports it and release new versions of the PHP4 series -the last
stable version is 4.4.8. They will make and release new patches for the PHP 4.4 branch until
2008-08-08, but only if are related with security issues. This is not a problem here because I know
that Astahost's PHP version is 5.2.0 since the last year (i'm not pretty sure if it was

Tune Up Utilities 2007 Registration Key...
...is not accepted! (3) I have downloaded a trial version of TuneUp Utilities 2007, and was working fine after i completed
the registration process. Next day, while using it, it dislpayed a pop up message: QUOTE This

key. You can enter it here . Everytime i enter it, it says that this was correct, and it

Office 2007 Document Problems
(12) I switched over to the final Office 2007 format on one computer. The others are running Beta 2 with
the service pack. When i save files in the older doc, xls, ppt formats, i can open them fine on both
computers. when i save them in the new version (docx, xlsx, pptx and so forth) they will open fine
on the computer that created them, but not if i move them from the beta to the final computer, and
vice versa. It's irritating, because also before i installed the final on my computer, i had the
beta2 version, and now that i've upgraded, all documents created in that ....
