after logined to X desktop, some error messages popped up:
They are all about GNOME, such as gnome-palel, gnome-session, and Nautillis
Those message say something about cannot find /tmp/gconffd-root/lock
What I did is delete all files in /tmp directory
then reboot the machine.
Login, wooo, all error are gone...
However, desktop's configuration are resetted to default.
Does anybody know why this happen??
Another problem:
RealPlayer does not work.
The following is the error message:
[root@FC3 update]# rpm -ivh RealPlayer-10.0.3.748-20050223.i586.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]

[root@FC3 update]# realplay
/usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
How to solve it????
Thank you.
