Can somebody tell me a good program to use to make some? I'm kinda slow huh.gif

My suggestion to you is to first consider using another filetype other than .GIF: ..JPEG. It is the smallest photo filetype and .GIF happens to be the second largest next to .BMP. And .JPEG usually comes out with better resolution photos. In order to make one, you are going to have to download a photo editing program, such as PhotoShop.

try to use Advanced GIF Animator V2.14 it also good

hm, i think he needs animation, so jpeg is not the good format. besides, jpg is only better when you use a lot of colours. for pictures that don't have a lot of colours in them, gif is better.
for animation, jpg is not an option

if you have photoshop, you can use imageready (included when you install ps)
if you don't, it's probably easier to download a program like the one mentioned by dcy, or search for one on www.downloads.com or www.tucows.com

    most sites I know you can go or with out the "" marks I'mnew to this inviroment tryed the same
