| | i try to connect to my ftp account but without sucess. I'm using FlashFxp to access and he store all settings to connect to server. So the problem isn't ftp, user, port, or password . Help me out please.

You need to use as below QUOTE ftp.yourdomain.astahost.com What ever your domain is called would go into the bolded area then your username and password in the other fields.

It seems the problem isn't only that, something is rong with my host, I cant access to my website and i cant access to CPANEL of my host account. Please help me out

You mean when you go to your site it doesn't show up?

If that link works, it's possibly DNS issue, which would be related to your ISP, but your FTP shows it resolves it properly. So maybe your password is incorrect, which sometimes can happen.
I just tested seeing if I could view your site and it showed up fine. Maybe someone has already looked at it and fixed it, or it fixed itself.Cheers, MC P.S. Sorry just noticed your problem, your username is marretas not marretasfc

check you username and password. If you still have your email from when your account was created make sure you are using the right password unless you changed it and if that is the case then you might have to request a password change reset for your account.

Did you change your FTP software or is that a basic summary of your log. It seems now that you're being refused to connect on this server at all now which wasn't the results that you had in the other log. The server seems to be up, so probably have to get a technician in to check this out, might be possible your multiple connections may have seemed like a hack attempt so it could have blocked your access. If you're not connecting with your domain name, you should try that too, although the IP address should work as well. Cheers, MC

I have all OK. I dont have a rong username and password, i'm dont have the rong ftp address. I just dont know what to do. i've been without updating my website almost two weeks. Please, I ask AstaHost admins to do something about this issue.

Main Trap17 Site Is Down?
I can't access it at all. (0) I noticed no one came here to post that something was wrong, even if this forum is working fine. (If

Existing Problems
(4) I knew it would take some time to fix the problems involved with the Xisto server migration,

Can't Access My Site.
(2) I cannot access my site. Nor can I access any of it's subdomains, but I can access the cpanel
(through the server IP) and the site through the server ip followed by ~miles. I believe this may be
related to the namesevers in some way, as I have proven that the site hasn't been suspended or

Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
(5) When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The
default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so

Having problems with domains (5) Hello, Well for a quite long time, almost a year I was having different problems with my domains,
here is the problem: my main subdomain I got with astahost works every time the server isn't on
downtime, but with top level domains like .net and uni.cc, for a month now almost everyday for about
6 hours I can't access my sites and I get 404 error, I thought it was my ISP stupid DNS stuff,
because I could get to the sites using Google proxy, but the domains don't really always work
for other people from my country on different ISP, so I though this is something....
Problems With Gamma Server
MYSQL service is bouncing connections (2) Hey guys there seems to be a problem with teh MYSQL service on Gamma..ITs giving a "Too Many
Connections" error message to any request its being given at the moment..also I notice that the
trap17 hosted server seems to have the same errors..is that gamma server too? On the server status
page its listing as the MYSQL service as up and running and ok ..but its not.. I think it needs a

Cant Access My Cpanel
Can anyone tell me what is wrong... (6) Its been awhile since I access my account through cpanel, because I usually use dreamweaver to

Hosting Process Page Is Having Some Problems!
(1) Hi, Hosting process page is having some problems! While going to Proces page , I can view some menu
items there! And created my hosting account without having any problems by clicking the 1st link!

Hosting Problems
Too much downtime & a loss of credits (12) I have 2 little problems. First is the uptime of my site. It's realy low. A few minutes ago, I
could access my site, I changed a poll on it and suddenly the site was down again. I can't

Panda Server Failure
(3) I know that at the moment the panda server is down, and our files are all being transfered, etc, etc
But are we still being charged for this? Seeing as our sites are going to be down for quite a

gsthorne when I try to logon via C-panel I have to enter my login and password I tried Gsthorne

Server Status
Check if you have problems (3) I have added a little script which may ensure that cpanel, ftp problems and downtime are the members
connections at fault instead. Whenever you have a major problem like Cpanel down, please do not make
a post in support about it untill u have waited alittle while and/or checked out the Server Status
Script . This will hopefully save un-needed topics being created in this and other forums. ....
