This is called a Favicon, this is where an icon is displayed in the left of the address bar to do this you need to add this code. You will probably only be able to see this when using a standard compient browser (Mozilla, Firefox), not IE in IE it will only show up when you bookmark the site in the Favourites folder. the code goes between the <title> and </head> tags. CODE <link href="icon_name.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" /> CODE <title>title page</title>

</head> the image has to be 16x16 pixels in size. you could create a 32x32 icon which will be automatically scaled down. You have to save the file as a .ico (icon) file for this to work. Hope that helps. good luck

Hey kokushta, Check out this page from our Howto's and Tutorials, it explains about how you can create and add favicons to your own site. For IE, it happens rarely but if someone bookmarks your site, their favourites will show your favicon, hopefully. Cheers, MC

Website Navigation Hover Buttons Stick So Made Css Today
need further help with tutorial from this site (7) Hi I made hover buttons to go into my friends website because frontpage didn't allow the text on
their buttons to be left aligned. Anyway, I think they stick a lot and i'm not happy with them.
I have read a lot of people don't like the time it takes for java applets to load either so
thought I should try doing the navigation buttons with the CSS shown on this site. I was so happy
when after following the instruction my buttons turned out fine but the probem is that they have a
solid border around each button and i want my nav bar to look like it's under....

Adding Static Content To Website...
(9) I want to add some static content to my website and was steering towards using SHTML files and the
#include method, but hesitated on it. I currently have a big handful of .HTM files and don't

Flash Pic Problems

I seem to be having with flash?? I know this is probably some stupid little setting somewhere I have
to tweak but I can't find it. I'm trying to put a picture into flash on the canvas. I have a
seperate layer for it. Nothing else is on the layer. Properties for the picture is set at 100 %
quality. My publish settings are set at 100% quality for Jpegs and I've tried every setting I
can find but the picture keeps displaying at a low resolution when I preview my m....

IE6 display:block hides other image BUG
(1) Hi everyone, I have a problem. I have two images, and one has the 3px IE bug. Turning this to a
block level element fixes it but then an image to the right disapears. Another fix I have tried is
an IE hack with -3px margin which makes the bottom line up but then the top is off. Here is the
